Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had previously sold a car to a man and next i had received a message asking me for money sent by bank to his player Id or if not he was going to petrol bomb my house. I have no idea how he found my house and said the government were going to seize it. I am not sure if this is hacking (the way he found my address) but it is definitely power gaming. his number is also (867-3992)

As I can only assume you meant this is the truth, ill give my side. After contacting you about a dune buggy we agreed 90k as soon as we met it was obvious to me you were going to scam but I went along as 90k isn't much and it could create a good rp situation between us, as suspected after I transferred the money you ran. I waited outside for your return however while waiting a mechanic showed up to transport your vehicle I asked where its going and explained the situation to him so he allowed me to come and see your house location. Once there I made threats to you to bait you to your house and continue the rp which understandably you didn't. 

It is clear you haven't put thought into this report or given it the time needed as removing someone from the community isn't something often done lightly, It would of been easier for you to contact me in OOC and let me explain as its obvious your knowledge of the server and its rules isn't up to scratch

After reviewing the report along with @Jack_9983explanation there doesn't seem to be any rules broken here. This very much seems like a roleplay issue. In future @sebastien7890if you are uncertain on how an individual has gotten information and you expect they haven't got it in the right ways through rp I suggest you asking them to come to discord in OOC to have a chat. Him making threats within roleplay is not a rulebreak, you have scammed him and taken his money he is doing what a criminal would do in order to try and get it back.

@Jack_9983Kudo's to you for going along with the roleplay anyway even though you expected a scam and allowing for an interesting and long winded rp storyline to take place.

Now with all this being said this could be an interesting storyline for you both to explore together within roleplay.
