What best describes this incident ?: Blatant disregard of RP.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend Owen were down at the docks getting ready to deliver a job for one of our friends. We jumped out of my van while Owen got into the Pounder truck to grab some keys.

Out of the blue & random, two guys came over to us without saying a word & started slashing us with knives and machetes.
To be clear, we've never seen any of these people before nor did we recognize them in any capacity.

This felt like a total failure of RP. I kindly asked them in OOC to come to Discord so we could liaise and not one of them showed, citing it was 'revenge for a robbery'. Again, baring in mind nor me, and Owen have no idea of these people.

I'd of probably accepted it and been fine with it if they had called our names or made some remarks about how they knew us, but to just hack n slash and then dash seemed pretty bad.

Just be to clear on what you are reporting here, are you reporting RDM? And if you are, do you have footage that shows 3-5 minutes before this incident?

Hey Jessie - I suppose it could fit the category of RDM. Although we never died, the attack was out of the blue. 

I don't have 3-5 minutes before, but we were just driving. Thats all.

Thank you for making this report

I would just like to go over the rule with you. You do not need to go down/die for it to class as RDM, "(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM." 

For this rule we ask for 3-5 minutes before the attack because we could be missing context of anything that happened prior. With a clip so short I could be missing a lot of context , it would not be fair for me to punish someone without evidence. E.G say if you have an altercation with another play and they submit a report with a clip of the minute you attacked them and issued a ban from that, how fair would that be? 

On this occasion due to lack of evidence I will have to decline this report today. Do not let this stop you or put you off making other reports in future, now you know more for next time if something like this happens again (hopefully it does not happen again)
