What best describes this incident: (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a search for a member of our gang who had been taken. We heard over the radio that someone had seen a vehicle known to be a Chippione. Looking for this vehicle, we had found a person matching the description down at the BINS running towards the Gas Station getting into a local vehicle. Believing that this could be a Chippione, we G Checked this person at the Gas Station.

After approaching this person and asking who is. We asked him to say "Fuck Chippiones" on which he replied "I have done this before and don't want to get involved". This lead to reason our suspicions and continued to press him to say it. One of our members was able to confirm it was a Chippione as he recognized him and his voice. So we choice to hands him and told him to get out of the vehicle. At this point it was a 5 - 1 Odds where he was out numbered and move then one person was pointing a gun at him.

He did comply to begin with but kept lowering and raising his hands after being told multiple times to keep his hands up. We know that Chippiones do this and edge closer to whoever is in front of them and stab/attack. As you can see in the evidence provided in this report. This person kept doing just that and then stabbed myself. This frustrated me as this is clearly NVL knowing he is out numbered by 5 -1.

286 Then continued to try and stab others that was there before being shoot and downed. After this situation was over. He was called to QE on which he did. We had a short convocation regarding his actions on which he said that he had taken it as a 1vs1 due to only one person got out and pointed a gun at him. I stated that it was not a 1vs1 but a 5 to 1 and out numbered with others who were there also pointing guns at him. To me this felt like an excuse knowing full well the position he was in and clearly being apart of a gang that has been fighting and the understanding of the rules. A poor explanation of his actions. For someone who can clearly see that his out numbered with being G checked and saying that he couldn't see anyone else pointing guns at him. At this time I told him what he needs to right next and that if he is ever in this situation again to not NVL and to RP it out.

Due to the outstanding Rules breaks by Chippiones that we have let slide and some knowing that they have broken a rule quickly rectifying their own mistakes on which i thanked one of them for doing. Some clearly still need to learn for there actions and breaking rules. Thus the reasoning for making this report today. Chippiones have been in this position before and knowing full well what happened last time and being deported. Coming i would have thought they would have known better then to repeat the continues rule breaks.

Hi mate, right first of all we had a chat in QE about the situation and both explained our sides of the RP. After quite a decent talk and both being reasonable adults we agreed that it was'nt the best roleplay but you understood my situation at the time. you then went on to say in QE that I hope that you take from this what im telling you about different perspectives and I agreed with what you said. To also then say about you like to roleplay to me but you want to stick a report up against me after one thing that has gone slightly wrong, we've had interactions with each other before as well and everything has gone smooth. Also, I explained that only 1 person got out of their car to confront me so I said to you about the 1v1 situation, and you said you understood where I was coming from. Also to say we have continued to rule break is a bit odd mate as very little has happened between the two gangs, you lot haven't been so clean either but I won't get into that.

I'm just a bit baffled, that after a conversation we had, that seemed both sides were happy after explaining their roles in the situation that you stick a report up.

Just want to add a little thing about the top part as I didn't read it fully at first. I don't get how you'd all know someone was missing as me and Kieffer hands and killed (who i believe was Frank) Frank was also outnumbered by us but decided to run. Now I don't think there's anything wrong with what Frank done but im just curious on how you knew someone had been taken as nothing was said over radio because we had to chase Frank and he had no time to radio anything. I got G checked back on my way to bins straight away after killing frank but Kieffer had taken him in a different car and i took the Rat Loader to bins. As i said i was immediately G checked by im guessing an NSC but told him my name was Lewis, Airdropped him my phone number and he drove off without suspicion. I don't get how I was identified so quickly again at bins and got G checked again by 4-5 people. I'm not implying anything but im curious to how this came about, Cheers.

I am the girl that you tried to stab while u were being shot at near bins, we also talked briefly in QE.
Just because something was talked about in QE, doesnt excuse "poor" roleplay or NVL.

Let me explain my point of view for you:
We were doing bins when Frank told us over radio "Chippies got me, Chippies got me". So we were made aware of the situation and of course acted on it. Someone on radio gave us the information that one of the people wore a checkered jacket. And we found you near bins, in said jacket and greyish clothing. So we g-checked you.We were 5 people and you had two guns pointed at you, one straight to ur face and the other to the back of ur head through a car. Yet u still proceeded to stab one of us, and while being shot at, tried to go after another person, which was me. Luckily I jumped out of the way and u got downed.
I still cant understand how someone thinks they have a chance 1v5 when simply armed with a knife, which I also told you in QE.

During that situation and right after that we started looking for Frank. We looked at common spots around city were people like to dispose others. We also checked your turf down at the beach. I wanted to check the ocean/pier, since it is a common spot to dump people. Sadly it was just a 4 minutes before storm so I decided to give it a shot after. After storm I jumped into my jester and started scouting the beach and pier. Since i couldn´t see anyone in the water or under the pier i started to slowly drive off, and then I found someone screaming in a bush, which was Frank.
I rushed him to pillbox, so he survived.

I hope this clears things up.

With regarding this report. We have had another meeting in QE which i believe @Stuart was there for a short time. We have come to an agreement and have resolved everything regarding the NVL.
We apologise to staff if we have wasted your time and accept that this situation as been resolved.

If staff can be remove this report that would be great.
