Frist of all I would like to make clear this was the first interaction we had with cutlass since 4:30-5 pm. Me and another grove member was flying around in the city in a helicopter looking to see what was going on within the city. Where we then ended up on cutlass turf to which we saw 1 person on a roof ID 281. We was sitting above there turf to see what was going on. We then randomly got shot down, with them not knowing who was in the helicopter as can be seen in this clip. On groves end there was no words exchanged with ID 281, due to our helicopter being too far away to hear anything from this person on the roof. This can be clearly seen within the clip.

Hello @C_Date , hope you're well. I think I can speak on the behalf off my entire gang when I say, the ideal outcome would be everyone following the server rules. Certain people including Ali G have been, in our eyes breaking several rules and operation in a gray areas for the duration off the ongoing war. Myself and others have spent a lot off time in liasion channels recently, usually ending in a mutual understanding. However it seems certain individuals still struggle to provide a high quality roleplay experience, whilst staying within the borders off the server rules

Thats a very well worded response, but doesn't wholly answer the question.

Are you looking for the player to have an understanding of the rules? warned for actions? banned? Further liaising with the player to discuss the situation?

What outcome for this report, are you looking to achieve. If it is the player following server rules, what do you think the best method is, to achieve that?

My intention is not to get people banned, a community with those motivations would not be sustainable nor enjoyable. Like previously stated, Ali G seems to be understanding in a liaison setting but it appears he continues breaking rules / operating in grey areas afterwards.
I hold no staff position within the community, nor do I have experience in disiplining repeat offenders, but this marks the third active report against this player. It is obvious, actions taken so far to explain and guide have been unsuccessful. I would rely on staff descretion to proceed with this, but perhaps taking a break from the game and properly reading the rules would be benefitial.
