Please (in detail) describe the incident: An NHS member notified us that there was a gentleman with a taser at Prison so I responded. He jumped into his vehicle and attempted to flee but Kevin followed him on the Alpha motorbike. As the situation at the prison defused, I joined the pursuit to assist him and I took lead. He was driving off road attempting to lose us and everything was going smoothly (in a roleplay sense).When he was caught and put into cuffs, he was clearly using external radios to contact his mates and continued describing to his mates that he was in a white BMW so his mates could identify me. I took him to Sandy PD, and when I arrived, I tried to take him out the vehicle but was unable to do so because he had combat logged which I had only just realised upon arriving at Sandy PD.
