Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was at the prison in my head just chilling and i noticed 2 people was lurking but not talking to me so i made sure i was ready incase they tried something, they didnt make any sort of communication, i even tried turning my voip off n on to see if it was that, after that one then got a bat out and came over to me and i knew what his intentions was so i reacted by punching him, he then started talking to his mate who drove up the street he didnt have any radio in his hands or phone so could have also been in discord too not sure, but his friend turned round and drove straight into me and killed me and they was being so toxic calling my friend gay and that we take this game too seriously.

do you have 3-5 minutes worth of footage before the initial rulebreak (RDM) occurs?

I do not have clips from 3 mins before this occurred because medal only lets you clip 2 mins out of 5 mins and I deleted the old clip because I cut it to the rdm so I didn't think id need the full 5 min clip but I have a friend that came to me after they killed me (I sent my gps to him before they did anything because I needed a lift and when he came I was dead) if you need further proof all I can do is get my friend to confirm what happened but he doesn't have any clips because he deleted them because he didn't think he would need them because I had a clip. 

All the city wants is pure rp and sometimes you get people like this that like to ruin it for everybody, the way they did this to me you can 100% guarantee that they haven't read the rules

Unfortunately without 3-5 minutes worth of footage, we are unable to accept this report a player. We also cannot go on another players word and or their friends as we may end up with a lot of players banned purely on someone's word when they are in fact innocent (Not to say that you are doing this).
