Hello @TRICKISHFLAME

Does your friend have a POV, at 4:39 your friend goes over to the reported player and looks at him, possibly saying something to him that you wouldn't have been able to hear if they were whispering.

my friend said he said nothing to the guy but he does not have body cam footage

That is unfortunate, I cannot believe your word as the truth. Which isn't to say that you and your friend is lying but as a staff team, we do need definitive proof that a rule break has occurred and I cannot say for certain that ID 268 has RDM'd your friend.
