What best describes this incident ?: RDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was having a nice chat with my friend when I saw a car pulling next to us in a very suspicious way, moments latter, a second car pull in front of us. Based on my experience, I keep an eye on them, and the moment I saw all of them exiting the vehicle, I draw my pistol, expecting to get robbed / taken hostage.
Since I'm undercover, when they aproach I don't identify myself as police, but I do let them know I'm holding my pistol on my hand. id265 reaction is to question me "You think I'm fucking scared of a pistol", and then proceeded to stab me. Seconds latter, he then proceed to stab my friend (id295) who was not involved at all in the scenario.

I had a little chat in discord after the scenario, where 265 apologies for his actions, but the fact he stabed 295 without been involved at all, that's an action that deserve a consecuence.


Longer version of the video is avaliable if needed, but it's just me talking some private information with 295. There was no prior interaction with 265, neither with the other 2 guys on the other car.

Hi there i was the guy in this situation and it was a heated situation where I acted out in bad role play. I did apologise and this will never happen again. My sincere apologies to all parties involved.

 
@John GabbanaThank you for the additional video. Would you and @Steve BikoBe willing to talk in teamspeak first since he appears to be willing to do so, Even if it means having a staff member present? Or would you like me to go ahead and review the report?

I had a quick conversation with him in discord after the situation, he apologied with me, but I'm really concern with the fact that he stabed my friend for no reason at all. Plus he ruined the RP scenario I was having, also not valuing at all I had my pistol on my hand.

Like on soccer, after you commit a fault, it's always a nice gesture to apologie, but that won't free you from a red card... therefore please go ahead and review the report.

I've gone ahead and watched the longer video sent to myself and indeed it does only show you having a longer conversation with Miss Rose on the bridge and the only other person that did show up was a Taxi driver for a short conversation before returning back to work. 

Now overall in the situation there wasn't much roleplay apart from you mentioning for them to leave the area due to you having a private conversation, Then the gun is pulled and the people that pulled up mentioned they wasn't afraid of said gun however just then stabbed you and Miss Rose. Overall this wouldn't be enough roleplay to conclude such violence as we are a roleplay community at the heart of everything, However with that being said @Steve Bikodid break a rule here.

In their response on the report it is clear they know what they did was wrong and did say it won't happen again. I've had a look at Mr Biko's previous infractions and he hadn't been in trouble with us in the past, So I am to believe this wouldn't happen again should the same situation present itself moving forward. I did indeed mention a rule has been broken and as such Steve Biko will receive a warning for G1.2 RDM. 

I do hope moving forward that more roleplay will happen in the situation before violence needs to be used as it should be a last resort in a sense as most situations we can all have fun roleplaying.
