Please (in detail) describe the incident: I organised a sale of my car last night when I wasn't in the city, today everything was fine and when I transferred my vehicle he quit the game. His discord is Pj.Tips#1233. Can i please have compensation if possible of 210k which is what I bought the car for. He then proceeded to block me on discord so when I attempted to resolve the situation, I was unable to.

Hello there. 

The scam istself is fair play and something to be dealt with in RP.
However, if someone logs out during an active roleplay situation, that is certainly classed as combat logging.

If he would have gotten out in a legit way, all good. But he decided to pull the plug before the scenario was finished. Therefore player 265  @Jimmy Barret will be permanentely banned from our server and can explain his actions in an unban appeal.
