Please (in detail) describe the incident: The clip basically says it all.
Baldie approached my character at civ impound, asking where he can buy guns.
I say i don't know and he asks to carry. I thought it might be funny to let him do it for a brief moment until i squirm out of his weak grip.
He then fails to put my character in the trunk of the car and falls in himself.
After that he claims that he don't think that i can do that..? and proceeds to knuckle dust my ass.

I know you normally require longer evidence.
But in my opinion this can not get any clearer that this man has not even glanced at any rules or are able to use common sense in an RP server.

Hey, any chance you could get us that longer video? Best if it was like 3 minutes from the start of the interaction between you two.

No sorry i don't have a longer clip. 
Assumed it wasn't needed when it's this evident.
(3-5 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs. The only exception to this is blatant rulebreaks.)

Sadly that's mostly meant for rulebreaks like racism etc. that are evident even form a few seconds of a video, in the case of RDM at least a 3 minute video is needed, whilst it may look bad, there is simply nothing to prove there wasn't a previous interaction that may have justified this.
