Please (in detail) describe the incident: was robbing a taxi driver (scummy i know) then dumping him as he didnt comply so he calls his friend over on discord I guess and they are dressed the same in the city but tries to say he saw the incident happen and followed me there. called on his friend to come to the scene and follow when he was dead, guessing he was talking to him the whole car journey as he stayed quiet and looked to tab back in when i first confronted him. sorry the vids a bit long just thought i'd leave the whole interaction in so you can decide for yourself how you'd like to handle it.

Unfortunately this clip doesn't provide any clear evidence of him communicating with his friend. We would need audio of them talking through each others voices etc something that clearly shows it rather than him being silent.
