Please (in detail) describe the incident: Arrested said Person, escorted him to prison, as we were entering the prison he decided he's logging out, I did believe it was an issue on his end, however, he came back on with a different ID (398), to which I was hoping he is going to continue, however, he said "who are you, why would I put my hands up" and proceeded to drive away. (speaking in a different voice)
