Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was conducting training in the wilderness with a couple officers when unfortunately the driver ran someone over as it was dark, we took the individual to the hospital where out of nowhere 253 appears claiming to have seen it even though there was only one other person around at the time. We told 253 to leave and he drove off, a minute or so later he drives by getting lippy at us in a beaten up limo and as such we attempt to stop him he then leads us on a chase where he does a stunt jump and runs off. Whilst arrested 253 makes repeated comments about my voice and asking if I was transgender in an attempt to wind me up as well as deliberately going out his way to misgender me and call me a man despite being told many times by myself and the other officers not too, he was told to stop many times in LOOC and OOC chat but kept continuing regardless. You can also hear his friends on discord (we believe this to be the individual we hit with the car and the witness that followed us from the forest who was dressed as a pirate with session ID 188) feeding him things to say and him then repeating said things in game. Whilst being transported to jail he makes a comment stating that he is being transphobic and it is ok because the Prime Minister agrees with him repeating an anti-trans inflammatory remark "a man is a man and a woman is a woman" a remark which is very clearly intended to insinuate that me as a trans woman would not be a woman.
It is clear to me that this individual is aware of understanding what transphobia is and was deliberately going out his way to "troll" on the server giving no real substance to his RP, we attempted to contact him to go to liaison which he did not respond too.
