Please (in detail) describe the incident: Decided to stick somebody up, we had multiple guns aimed at him due to a situation we had before and he completely NVL’d.I will also add that he is threatening with revenge reporting in Looc chat. Picture attached

Unfortunately i don't have a 5 minutes clip of this to be honest i would of thought that would be for RDM Report

@jackaboy16711Thank you for the report, when reviewing the information provided I have come to the conclusion that this incident would fall under NVL, the reported player at one point has had 3 guns pointed at him, and he has chosen the wrong time to strike which has led to his death.

I have spoke to the reported player and he admits that his actions are not what is expected and that ooc factors that have influenced his decision making, however his is sorry for his actions.

On top of this I am not happy with the use of LOOC, and the wording used, so I will be issuing a warning for this.

Due to this I will action this report by the following:

Action: Perma Ban (FBS)
