Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was at the Bait Fishing Tackle. Selling the fish I caught and when i'm going up the stairs I hear a banging sound. As I get to the top where the cars are parked I see a van come climbing up from the cliff, because he bolted my personal vehicle into the water, and then said "Enjoy Walking Knobhead". I was too annoyed to resolve the situation because I knew the fact that i'll have to wait to get that car back on server refresh.
