Please (in detail) describe the incident: so we are currently having a "beef" with chippiones and an interaction has occurred which lead us to chase the chippione which his name is Scottish driving his sc1 which we in turn disable his vehicle and then point 3 guns at him to which inturn he pulls his axe out and downs my partner resulting in me having to shoot him stopping any further RP from happening
