What best describes this incident: Possible exploting, Poor roleplay
Please (in detail) describe the incident: To begin this situation.. Some context is of course required. I was holding a cordon at the front of city hall with two other officers to facilitate the Lost MC court case. We'd been here since about 20:00pm to make sure everything was clear and ready to proceed. I did briefly come away and fly out for around 20 minutes and flew back in about 10 minutes prior this situation taking place, but ultimately i was holding a cordon for over 2 hours. I want to make it clear that Myself and other members of CPS and the police service have sunk a lot of time into the Lost RP arc up until now and for it to end in a complete wipe is just beyond not good enough. Moreover in regards to the claim of exploiting i have 2 claims here. Claim 1). Player 236 appears to have emoted after being shot and for some reason i was unable to cuff this person. After passing him and trying to eliminate further threats 236 then shoots me from behind. On this occasion i managed to roll and strike him once more with the beanbag launched incapacitating him. Claim 2). I was shot by someone unknown who appears to have been in the main court room. My issue with this being that the door was locked shut eliminating any de-sync issues. Dev's will know better and may be able to shine some light on this claim. To summarize this report i believe that the Lost MC have essentially ruined this RP situation for people who have prioritized being here over IRL commitments which by all means is that individuals choice of course. However that being said, When community members do dedicate time to intricate RP and it blows up in your face in such a disappointing fashion all it does is leave a very bad taste in ones mouth - Due to the ammount of people involved and the length of time the sit ran for it would have been impractical to try and call for a liason. I was the one who shot you in this instance so I'll be answering the claim of exploits and the poor roleplay.

In regards to being shot through the door, unfortunately the door was open from my POV as shown in the video that I'll link at the very bottom.

As far as the bean bag incident, It's clear you hit him, you can see his body start to wobble as soon as he is hit. and he is lay on the ground for about the right duration that someone hit with a bean bag usually it. I think in this case It's more than reasonable to assume that in this situation with the amount of issues many in this situation had, that this is simply one of those hiccups that happened.

In regards to the poor roleplay, I'm sorry you feel this way. Everyone on both sides has made time sacrifices to facilitate roleplay over the past few weeks, I know some people would have preferred a clean case presented and then we all get hauled off to prison, however this would have only been possible if this was scripted roleplay.

What happened last night was a fluid roleplay situation kick started by Nikolai's speech and attempt on a Judge's life, this was supposed to have been the "last hurrah" of this arc, I could even show you clips of where we were all expecting to get demolished as soon as we turned up. As it turned out a large amount of firearms were pulled away from the courthouse to deal with the Ballas/Grove incident before we made our move, this is essentially why we managed to cause as much damage as we did.

Ultimately, we did the most characteristic thing we could do as a group of outlaws who take whatever chance we can get to give the middle finger to the law, this doesn't mean that behind the screen we don't appreciate the work that's gone into this, we do, and that effort built the foundation to a "shocking" and "controversial" night that will have people talking about it for days, and will be remembered for much longer.

Thanks for the reply! It's a shame to see the door open from your perspective, as if this was the case, I most definitely would not have been stood there cuffing people lol. I am aware of the multiple server issues being faced last night by many and i can hand on heart say i have never experienced an issue like this before where a door is locked closed for me but its quite clear to see from your POV that this was a desync issue. Thank you for addressing this matter. So long as staff don't see any issues on your behalf then yourself and I can so no more on the matter.. I would however like staff to clarify on 236's actions. Again thank you for the reply and your POV!.

Whilst i appreciate your stance on characteristic fluid RP.. I for one am not advocating for "a clean case presented and then we all get hauled off to prison" And your group had every right to rebel and fight. I just think the timing could have been a lot more substantial and at least allow people who have put time and effort into Doc's RP to show of their work and effort. But to be denied this Role play that people have invested a lot of time and effort into before even the first witness could be called is a terrible shame and waste of many people's time. I further appreciate yourselves also making time sacrifices to facilitate roleplay as i know its not a one way street. I don't want this to seem like an attack on the Lost Mc's RP style because that's not what this is. I just want to be clear that when these shootings occur, It isnt just the downed officers who are affected, it's felt across the board and is genuinlly felt like a gut punch.

I'm glad the first topic been resolved, however you could have resolved it before it coming to a report by speaking to them in a liaison. I am sure Kano would've sufficiently explain the situation from their POV.
Doors opening and closing is very finnicky & inconsistent even when shooting doors open.
The fact that it shows up for you as closed & locked doesnt mean it's locked for others, For other clients the door may be in it's locking status but the door not having been closed on their POV means it will remain unlocked for them until it actually closes on their POV.

That being said, Scrappy Ese do you wish to comment on the second topic since it concerns you?

Not sure what to say apart from I was bean bagged and didn't emote (as I'm sure logs can show).

There was a lot of Desync during that situation and maybe if there was more of an attempt to cuff me it may have worked.
