What best describes this incident: Combat Cuffing/NVL
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was arrested by police and was trying to convince my way to get the officer to release me so I could eat and fight back when I was hit by a baton. As I stood up to run no longer in ragdoll the officer proceeded to handcuff me. As I was handcuffed to good samaratans offered their assistance and held the officer up to release me. Whilst they had a weapon on him 235 then proceeds to pull his baton out and attack the individuals completely disregarding his value for life. Another officer was on scene fair enough but he just ended the roleplay situation there by being incredibly win hungry.
I did try to enquire with him about it and this was the reponse
