What best describes this incident ?: Baiting - Using the Taxi Dispatch system in order to bait a taxi driver to their location to rob them.

Please (in detail) describe the incident: The chap in question, had put a dispatch in to the taxi service, he had said that he had run out of fuel and that he needed help, being the good Samaritan that my character is I attended his dispatch shortly after it was placed, I arrived on scene and began asking questions saying "did you call for a taxi" etc, I didn't get a response for a good minute or two, so I sat and waited in case he was afk for a moment or something, he then was back at his desk and in game and a short and poor conversation ensued, he said "I think i've run out of fuel, i'm not sure, it might be broken down can you get out and check" to which I told him "I don't see any smoke coming from the bonnet so you must've run out of fuel, i'll take you to the Strawberry Fuel Station to get you a Jerry Can, Free of charge!" he stopped for a moment, went afk for 30 ish seconds then returned, came up to my drivers do and then pulled a SNS Pistol on me in order to rob me, I had stored most of my cash prior to meeting this chap as I had close to 50k on me from Taxi work, he said "This can't be all you've got" to which I replied "yes it is, I banked it all just before coming here" he proceeded to then try and get me to drop a knife I didn't have and my phone and radio before then driving off hastily, I made 3 attempts to get him into Teamspeak to answer for the baiting but to no avail I believe this was 100% baiting as he got me to a location via a dispatch in order to rob me.

The player In this video is already banned for something else, However i do have a few things here to add.

In regards to the baiting claims, Baiting in terms of server rules is different to baiting in roleplay. In this Report the player has put a taxi dispatch in asking for assistance and decided to rob the taxi driver (yourself) while baiting yes, its not baiting within regard to the rules. Baiting in regards to rule breaks is more angled at antagonising someone into taking particular actions, IE an individual walking up to a group of people with the soul aim of a fight or causing issues.

Now with that being said, the roleplay in this situation on the end of the reported party was far from what is expected here, and the roleplay should always come first and the aim should be to make sure everyone enjoys the roleplay situation.
