Please (in detail) describe the incident: So three of us was selling on the Hustlers turf, we noticed someone handing over "drugs" to a local car when we confronted him and explained that people pay a tax/business rate for passing out "leaflets" he refused to pay, we told him he would be paying and pulled out melee weapons on him, to let him know that it was more a serious thing. We outnumbered him 3 to 1 with two of us having weapons out he still pulls out a gun and without word goes to aim for me. My friend then lunges into him with a knife that downs him. Pretty much straight away he breaks character and calls one of us a "nonce" and carries on not acting injured when downed on the floor. We then noticed the police turned up and when I ran towards the police car ID 232 combat logs.

I tried to get him onto TeamSpeak and waited for over 30mins but he never joined

After reviewing the posted evidence I have come to the following conclusion.

Player with ID 232 will be issued with a Permanent Ban for combat logging (C2.3), not at all acting injured after being stabbed with a knife multiple times (G4.4), breaking roleplay by continuously screaming "I'm recording that, I'm recording that" (G2.3) and lastly for breaking rule (C1.2). (If the player is seen breaking rule C1.2 again in the future this will result in a permanent ban with 6 months appeal cooldown).

I would also like to point out for you @MichaelMasonthat in the future if you file a report a player your voice will have to be captured.
