Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was sat behind 227 in his taxi, on multiple occasions I used the /me command to illustrate I had a knife to his throat, I also used voice chat to ask him to stop the car as I had a weapon against him. He failed to respond or to pull over and instead tried to drive me to the PD to have me arrested.

Hi there, just to add to this report. I was unable to resolve this situation with the player in question at the time as it was at this point quite a few police arrived and there was a stabbing going on. I didn't want to distract from this RP situation so left the scene. There was some OOC chat however following the incident but the reported person in question did not chime in.

So from your report, i hate to tell you but.. its you that broke a rule here. Take a look at:

(G1.5) Powergaming - Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay..

So ill explain, you are sitting behind the taxi driver, you cannot physically put the knife to the drivers throat and no matter how many /me you do you cannot force that scenario where you are the only winner there. There are some things which we expect from roleplay however you cannot sit behind the taxi driver with a knife and threaten him in the way you have. He would have no actual way of escaping. It would be the same as you sitting next to him and then doing /me kicks out of car. Its just not something that we have here as it does not work that way. What this guy did taking you to PD makes sense in RP i guess you just didnt quite understand how this rule worked. Another example would be forcing money out of a ATM, things like that we dont allow.

So, unfortunately please have this as a lesson learned and you yourself will be getting a 1 day ban for G1.5 Powergaming. 

There will be no action against the taxi driver 227.
