Please (in detail) describe the incident: A chap, whom im not familiar with, was fuelling up as I entered the forecourt. As I began to fuel up, his car was taken by another player.

I followed the player and his/her friend, pulled off the road, aked 'if they were good?'..

Recieved no response player id 221 , other than to be rammed off my bike by the accomplice id 230

221 logged about a minute after the clip, if required, I can post a more lengthy clip, however, it appears from my perspective that these two are certainly not on the server to RP.

I did ask in OOC if id 221 and 230 wanted to explain themselves but there was. No reply

Thanks for the report. Seems like these two where here to just mess around and troll.

Its clear there was no prior interaction between the two parties until Nim's car was stolen and you going up to the car asking "If they were good" doesn't not warrant them running you off you bike. This would consitute as RVDM there for ID 230 will be receiving a ban for that.
ID 221 i already permantly banned for another offence but this interaction will be going on there record.
Roleplay is all about interactions and these two didn't give no interaction
