Please (in detail) describe the incident: Minding my own business sat at the side of the road in my Slamtruck in my head. 218 hits the back of my truck repeatedly rammed the back of my tow truck. Originally thought it was a local but went after it to check and he ran away. Few seconds of chasing he stopped to shout i was too slow and should try driving something faster. If i was a police officer i would class that as obvious baiting.
