What best describes this incident ?: NVL

Please (in detail) describe the incident: We where looking for hostages to use as bargaining tools against police when robbing bank and found someone by himself infront of limeys. He clearly has no intention to Roleplay and did not value his life when having 3 guns pointed at him. After getting shot in the head he kept the same attitude and did not act his injuries.

No problem and thank you for the clarification @DarrylYangAlso thank you for taking the time to make the player report.

The report overall is very clear and did indeed break the NVL rule. The player should of complied as they we're outnumbered and at a clear disadvantage, Over saying "I don't bow down to nobody". With that being said the player who has been reported will receive a 1 day ban following the FBS system.
