Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was just standing near taxi rank minding my business on Tweedle when some guy just hits into me and drives off, no words, no nothing just hits me then goes. I asked in "ooc" if the guy in a grey chequered waistcoat in a standard taxi who just rvdm wants to go discord but to no avail.

For reports such as RDM / RVDM we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident.
The evidence provided by you shows 1 minute 10 seconds prior, are you able to provide us with a longer clip?
