Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was just doing some taxi jobs when I got a client wanting to head up north on the freeway, when going across the little bridge towards the prison some fella in a tow truck slams me into a wall without saying anything to me prior and I had just got on the server so hadn't interacted with anyone yet, I asked if he was alright as it may have been an accident but he backs it up again into the wall and sets it on fire saying ''Do you need a tow'' I grabbed his ID and went to get a gun so I could sort him out. When looking for him, I noticed he was doing the same thing to other taxi drivers along the same road, I drive in front of him and tell him to stick his hands up before I put a bullet in his head, he says ''excuse me'' and tries to ram me out the way, he was subsequently shot and hit the fasted alt f4 I've seen on the server. Pretty clear cut in my opinion, I tried to contact him in OOC following the original RVDM but he chose to ignore it.
