What best describes this incident: 204 NVL and 5 for breaking character and homophobic comments
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I question someone which I believe to be a changalowa so I was trying to see if it was or not by asking him to remove the scarf which he refuses even at gunpoint, 5 breaks character by saying my ID which was 24 saying I'm going to get deported that was terrible RP and when I ask who said that which he replies what's that got to do with you you little "faggot".
I tried to talk to both of them in QE which they both refused to even acknowledge which has resorted to coming here

Hi staff, just commenting here to give my side of the story. I was ID 5, me and Huntz did have a chat about the interaction in QE and I did explain my side of the story, when I read the rules (G7.1 and G1.2) I had thought that you couldn't just go up to anyone and force their hands up as I thought you needed high quality roleplay, but in doing so I also broke a rule by breaking character like Huntz mentioned to me in QE. After hearing his side of the story it did make sense as he had been in a recent incident with gang members, I should have kept myself out of the matter. As for dropping the F bomb that is not acceptable, it was a slip of the tongue and I in no way intended for the comment to be seen as homophobic. I have been in the city for a little while now and been called all things imaginable under the sun but just thought it was way of the city when you get into heated exchanges especially with gang members, I'm not trying to justify myself I'm just pointing something out. I've had a read over the rules again, specifically rule C1.2 and can see why the F word would fall under this. I do sincerely apologise for this and I also apologised to Huntz in QE for this.

In regards to C1.2 & G2.3, the evidence speaks for itself.

For G2.4 (NVL), although this scenario is a 1 vs 1, and could've gone either way, the player blatantly refused commands whilst standing still, not attempting to save his life or having any regard for his own life & safety, it is clear he refused the commands solely to be a dick and refuse any further roleplay. Amusingly, he wasn't even a Changaloa so he would've been left alone had he complied.

@Soarific You've been banned previously for C1.2 using words such as fa**** & ni****, so I find it highly unlikely you've just realised fa**** comes under C1.2. You have also been warned and banned for breaking character and telling people "That was shit roleplay" etc (G2.3). Considering you also broke character and then furthered that with a discriminatory slur, I'd be inclined to believe you were addressing the player and not his character. This would be C1.3 (OOC Abuse). Although this might've been a slip of the tongue, you will receive a permanent ban regardless, but this isn't the first time, and you know better.
