Please (in detail) describe the incident: We where selling cars at PDM, some guy just turned up and started tasing us for no reason then we decided to rob him to get the taser from him, the guy then got 2 guns pointed to him and got killed due to not dropping the taser, he decided to tase one of us instead when we tried to rob him, he then combat logged in my car around 10 seconds after dying

Ladies/Gentleman/Fellow lurkers. 

The first thing I noticed is the lack of your beautiful voice in the clip, but I will work with what I have and CAN see.

I see only a crazy fire-axe man chase this person in your clip, followed by Charles and yourself, I believe Mr 203 gets run over by 178 while 298 is parkouring some crates to catch up. With the angle of your clip I can't exactly see how close 298 was to 178.  You could argue that at 1:22 he's behind the crate / vehicle giving him some protection, but the second he tased he ended up getting shot.

I'd need a bit of a longer clip to see if that's the case.
