Hello @KieronWeatherall 

Whilst I do understand your concern regarding this report. I personally do not believe it is dignified for a C1.2 to be placed upon ID 195 in this case. I believe it is his RP character that is acting like this, not because the colour of your characters skin, but because of the front collision you had with him. Because of this;

No action will be taken.
