Please (in detail) describe the incident: I think the clips speaks for itself. I have no idea of what happened prior, whether this was a random car hitting G6 or whether there was RP leading up to it, an accident, etc.

He's also clearly heard telling someone OOC "They've come back and hit me", who he's talking to is unknown.

Didn't notice he'd gotten out of the car otherwise I wouldn't have rammed into it like I did, but it wouldn't have made much of a difference.

Good evening,

Traditionally, we do not deal with reports within 24 hours of the post to allow those reported to respond; however, in this instance, the reported player is very clearly not here to roleplay and has no regard for our rules or player experience and enjoyability. The sooner they're gone, the better for us.
