Please (in detail) describe the incident: A lot of us break into the PD and hold up a few officers there was multiple of us surrounding the officers resulting in us taking 2 hostage and continuing to hold one up, he gets told to drop his stuff for the time being then he refuses so I put a knife to him and tell him to drop his stuff or he will lose his life, he then refuses again and the video will really show it all, (excuse any waffling you hear in the back ground was in a Tire Nutz staff meeting.) I understand we breached the PD but at the end of the day server rules are server rules and should be followed at all times by everyone.

Hello! It was me. You requested me to specifically drop my gun despite having no necessary reason to strip me of anything. You had 4 people around myself, I was compliant until you told me to specifically drop my gun. Not to mention, this isn't the first time yourself and this group has gone into a police station with no valid roleplay behind it other than because you're all bored. You could've just put me in zips like the other officer but instead you wanted my gun, and for what? You gain nothing from getting my gun. 

Associate yourself and your friends with the end of rule (G8.6) which specifically says: Because police stations are assumed to be filled with law enforcement 24/7, as well as CCTV, attacking one is a foolish move and undertaken at your own risk.

Also, we won't talk about you breaking character, screaming "Should've valued your life, you (fucking?) retard". If I'm honest, I'm disappointed to hear that come from you Price. 

ALSO ALSO, I was not notified of any attempt to contact me, you could've messaged me on Discord, or actually pinged me in OOC but I didn't receive neither. (Bearing in mind I have my OOC turned off as it's rather intrusive)

I won't be commenting further unless needed by staff, nor do I have any video evidence from my perspective.

 
Ill keep it short and sweet to make it easier for whom will be dealing with this.

First: I will start of by saying This is my first time breaching the PD with this Group so that argument is invalid from you there as I have only ever breached once before in an attempt to get someone out of jail.

Second: if you would like to watch the video again where I say "Lose your fucking then life fucking rat" then I do indeed call you a Retard but it is not against server rules to say this word unless the person that is directed to or someone else involved in the situation complains about it and ask you to stop.

Third: you were asked to Drop your gun "for the time being" Which you hear in the clip also, as a security measure for us, we did not want the gun but as u can see Bmav asked anyone for a zip tie and the no response we got lead us to assume no one had one therefore the reasoning for us asking you to drop the gun only for the time being for our safety, also regardless if there is a reason for us asking you to drop a gun with a Knife to you and us with 2 other cops as hostages, You value your life and drop the weapon, server rules are meant for everyone.

If you have OOC turned off that is your problem, Nothing I can do about that.

Unfortunately you broke a rule, Resulting in you ruining ANY potential RP that was gonna take place.

Therefore I'm gonna leave this up to staff.

 
I’m sorry to hear you do not want to resolve this matter, but I understand why, in hindsight I ruined a Rp situation before it really even started. Let me explain why I did what I did, I know it was wrong and there is no real excuse for it but over the last week or so there has been a lot of trolling, loitering and raiding the police station, at one point 4 times back to back. I understand this was not your fault and/or doing. The constant chaos at PD led me to feel like I was having a poor experience on the server and instead of dealing with these issues appropriately by logging off or being more open to roleplay experiences, even if I didn’t think the intention for quality was there, I reacted badly and took it out on you. Admittedly I have reacted badly to stress before when dealing with a staff ticket and I have realised this and is something I have been working on and clearly need to work on much more. I am sorry I ruined this scenario and the damage has already been done. I have clearly broken a rule and I will be Permanently banned as per the FBS which is totally appropriate. However, if I do return to the server at any point I will be mindful of the damage that can be done by reacting badly to situations like this and help to generate quality roleplay experiences in a situation where I am upset in the future. Hopefully in the future I will be able to demonstrate to you the quality experience I can provide and make up the damage caused by this situation.

What was the reason for being in the PD in the way you were? 

 
I was approached by some of the people within the group I was with and asked to help break someone out, now as I had been on the server for a while at this point I was bored and had nothing to do so I thought I would just go along with it no questions asked in the hopes for some good roleplay

 
Fair, next question:

Do you consider stabbing a police officer whilst surrounded by dozens of armed police to be valuing your life? 

 
At the time there was 2 officers we had hostage, and only that one on the stairs, I didn't know the officer in the parking was armed nor did I know that u can shoot through that window also, and as for the officer that was at the top of the stairs I didn't see a gun as was paying to much attention to the officer in the report

 
its a police station? Are you honestly trying to tell me that you did not expect armed police?

Long story short, @Simon MacMillanin future, please be more mindful of your own life, but I would admit that if I were in your shoes, given that you would have known the status of the police station, i.e. you knew there were lots of cops, I would have likely done the same. 

@PriceIm sorry but if I were to punish Simon for NVL then I would also have to punish you for the same reason. in your eyes, he NVLed as you were not aware of the number of police there, but at the same time, it looks like you are NVLing because you assumed that there was no police. So with that said, this report is being rejected. Next time, this likely could have been dealt with by having a chat with each other.
