Please (in detail) describe the incident: So I was looking around for a taxi when I see 178 pull up to the taxi place so I get out of my car and ask him if I can use his taxi he said "yeh I'll move it for you" I take that as him saying yes. I then go to move back and he pulls out his gun says nothing and shoots me. While injured I asked why he did it then he lies about the situation saying he said no and gave me a chance to get out where as you can see in the video he says nothing and just shoots.

Evening @Kotoamatsukami.

Looking at your evidence, it's quite clear this is RDM. When you decided to get in the taxi, ID 178 pulled his firearm and shot you without any words. At no point had there been made a threat, and at no point did he tell you to get out. I agree with what you wrote, as it sounded like he said "yeah". 
ID 178 will be received a 2-day ban as per the FBS for G1.2
