Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had one PIC in the cells. He wanted medical attention, after that when NHS arrived he tried to escape the cells and punch me which resulted him getting tased. After that he was put into the cell again and after that he combat logged. (the medal clip is long only to show that he didn't come back even after 5 minutes)
