Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were in a situation in custody. Lauren said she had to disconnect and she would come back.

After waiting a fair amount, she never returned.

Further to add to this.

She has just reconnected about 10 minutes ago and asked for myself. I spoke to her and fined her and released her. She argued she meant she had to go, as in go go. However mentioning just "i have to disconnect" not only being bad RP but also makes you assume oh she's just relogging. Coming back 2 hours later is abit much when all you had to do was get a simple fine and be released.

Was anything mentioned to either of you prior to this and do you happen to have a longer clip from the time they come back onto the server by any chance?

So, she mentions in custody that she has to disconnect (Me thinking she just wants to relog etc) she then does not reconnect for 2 and a half hours or so, at which point i got called into MRPD to carry on with her luckily I was still on. She then spoke abit OOC about it.

Apologies for the delay in response. Based on the evidence provided and statement it is clear the player did make the effort to inform yourself that she did have to log out during this time, Whilst the time period sounds like an extended time the fact she did inform you is more so key within the report as a whole. If for example the player just logged off without informing anyone and didn't return that is another matter as a whole. 

Since the player was in the cells they would of reconnected back there and have to still deal with the situation they we're in prior to this, So based on this I'll go ahead and deny the report as per your claims above they did inform yourself before disconnecting.
