Please (in detail) describe the incident: we finally got hold of the guy chang or something meant be the mob boss a group of people who thought they could war with us outside civilian impound and not get no comebacks well we managed to get the boss under are control first he was doing as we said but we wanted to roleplay with this guy maybe get his boys down who had the gunfight with us but he never gave us chance we went to hands him up so we could ziptie and continue with some more rp but he decided to run then jump of a large building which in my eyes in nvl

After reviewing the evidence provided, I can agree that this player has indeed not valued their life in this scenario. 
They were at a clear disadvantage in the moment of you holding a machete towards them but still decided to run whilst making no attempt to provide any roleplay by not saying a single word towards either of you.
