Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was in the management desk room in MRPD, this is where I go as Professional standards to review logs. I suddenly heard an explosion, my first thought was a vehicle in the garage had exploded. Upon leaving I see a person who has been shot downed by firearms officers. I started recording, the person was fully downed then did some kind of self revive, he was escorted to the cells and I started to search him to remove dangerous items where I was going to book him into custody, he had a massive armoury on him. He then slips cuffs, I alert staff saying I believe we have a hacker, I was told it was not a hacker but was infact a dev, it turns out.

He takes me hostage then manages to leave via 3 locked doors out of MRPD.

I believe it is absolutely unacceptable that a dev gets to behave this way misusing privilges in a way no one else gets to. If an officer had behaved like that they'd be getting fired. I feel its unnaceptable behavior to act like that ingame from a dev. I love it when they do things like QRA, turn into animals and spawn the party bus but this interaction was absolutely ridiculous and if any other player acted like that they'd have been dealt with severely.

I spoke to him in liason after the situation and I am unhappy with his responses, this may have been a consensual scenario between him and other officers present, I certaintly wasn't in that loop.

Heyya Rekk, Sorry I didnt respond straight away as I wanted to let you calm down and I have been quite busy, I got the impression I had unintentionally wound you up quite far and i wanted to let that cool down before I responded and made this report worse.

I just wanna take this opertunity to appologise to you again for distrupting your PSAT duties it wast my intention todo so! It was Aiden that through the flash bangs but I'm going to take responsibility for being the one to cause him to throw them.

I still remain on my point of not appologising for you thinking I was a hacker, I thought it was a couple mins from when you were told but I can see it was pretty instant. I do appologise for causing you any alarm tho, My RP in this situation was not to cause anyone alarm but instead meant to be a laugh and a joke for those involved.

I also want to share the RP leading upto this as this wasnt the first time I showed up on my RAF / SAS Character with that character / ped ( i just want to appologise for the story as there is alot missing as I cant remember all the details but ill try to give you an overview).

It all started as a joke when I turned up to the police station looking for Kate anderson, stating that someone had paid me to do a dance for her.

Couple of days went by and I belive I turned up to give a dance to French but Aiden had turned up on his ACC character to order my arrest, in the end I ended up hiding in Frenchs Ass inorder to escape the police

There was then medical intervention inorder to remove me from Frenchs ass after leaving french I escaped in a sports car I had placed out side

again time passed and as a joke Aiden told Greenhalgh that a stripper was at his house but when he turned up it was me and aiden as peds again i was on the same character we all had a laugh and a joke and that was the end of it

until I saw that aiden was on his ACC char walking around the PD I deciced It would be funny to turn up to give a dance to him inside the PD. this is when the flash bangs and stuff happened to disrupt you. Because I was on my RAF / SAS char  I had alot of stuff that would of triggered the anticheat / been bad if it had gotten into the econ. I was told by aiden to clear my inventory before you got a chance to search me. I failed todo so and that is why i sliped cuffs and took you hostage inorder to leave with out you taking anything in my inventory.  it didnt realy dawn on me at the time that you didnt know what was happening this whole situation / situations were just meant to be a laugh and a joke for those involved

Going forward from this I wanna appologise to you generally and I belive looking back there is so many things I should of done diffrently I will be remembering this and taking steps to not have this happen in the future.

I have also Fielded a dev request from you and the rest of PSAT reguarding a private space so I will be doing that as soon as I get the chance (this will be done by me no matter the outcome or anything releated to this report as I feel its important and I dont want it to effect this report but just note that i will be doing it)

Yeah I just wanna say sorry one last time I really didnt mean to wind you up and make you upset, I have enjoyed roleplaying with you since this report has gone up and i will continue todo so for a long time into the future.

I've known you since arma days so i hope after this is all put to bed there will be no hard feelings, I certainly wont have any towards you

 
The roleplay story you describe sounds fun, and I have no issue with that. My main issue is the use of the powers you used should not have been necessary. 

You used the wrong character I understand (apparantly you guys have 12 slots? I can understand why you'd get them mixed up) but this should never have happened. You should have taken precautions so the use of these powers was not necessary. The justification that you used these abilities to protect your armoury was unreasonable in that you should not have had it. 

I would have been happy with you tron suitting and then deleting your inventory except for the weapon used and then resuming with us as opposed the 3 powers you in my opinion misused. I appreciate you protecting the balance but as PSaT that is also my role setting a balance against corruption. I enjoy my role as PSaT but experiences such as this put me off, I can deal with rowdy people in RP, your use of powers defeated that possibility.

With this character when engaged in rp you are engaged in rp, you are not in a bubble of individuals, anyone else may join in on that rp from any group (judiciary, gruppe 6, rangers or civilians) and set the course of roleplay. The use of these powers was unreasonable and frankly, ridiculous. You were among a few of the most influential people in the community (including yourself) and I expect better as does anyone I would reasonably suspect. 

This should not have happened and in your reply, this is the first time you have apologised I believe, which was all I wanted and is the only reason I have reported this, it's exceptionally rare I report anyone with the exception of combat loggers.

It's well known I have frustrations with the lack of a PSaT base with the needed equipment for us to roleplay in both safely and securely, I however do not wish to jump the queue so to speak and this experience is not me attempting to do so. I don't wish for you to get banned and removed from dev or anything like that, I also have no issue with you using the player models  for roleplay purposes, my issue is strictly the powers you used and I merely wanted you to apologise along with justification it won't happen again.

If you're genuinely apologetic that this won't happen again (no issue with the rp, just the use of powers) then I am satisfied.

 
I am genuinely apologetic, And I will defenitly remeber this when I do future stuff and not do the same thing
