Please (in detail) describe the incident: In the first part of the clip, you see me try and cuff the individual in which when the cuffs are applied they combat log. I waited there for at least five minutes to see if they would come in which they did not.
I would say around 30 minutes later, as shown in the second part of the clip. You see an individual who looks identical to the fella who combat logged at auto exotics ride around on an NHS vehicle. A firearms officer tries to detain the individual in which 167 then attempts to run him over. The firearms officer opens fire and disconnects again for the second time.
