Please (in detail) describe the incident: good afternoon,

so after having some good RP with a MR Carl Fletch after he crashed his motorcycle after a police chase his friends who were waiting outside a door at pillbox. PC Millar then approaches the door and I see the door open. and PC Millar gets shot then I get shot. I had no RP with that individual at the time of the shooting however I do notice him from earlier hanging around the door at pillbox.

After inviting the shooter to discord he said to me that he had RP With to officer at the door and said he told the officer he will shoot however the officer said he did not get this RP and will attach the BWV from the medic perspective and mine.

Also I believe that they were exploiting the door by getting the officer to unlock the door as they were showing our side of the door.

Hi. You have left out very important context (and your clip is too short for a report, not including the background/context, what happened before all of this) to this which I also let you know in the liaison. From my RP perspective, you or another officer ran over him on his bike on the traffic stop, and I believe someone said he was 'ran over', which further implemented my thoughts about the current police dealing with this individual.

After I tried to provide roleplay with you at the traffic stop, I was told to leave. I then waited at pillbox and I was kept being told to leave. I used my two advanced lockpicks (you may check logs) to break through the first door. As the exploiting, I have no idea what you're talking about, the door was unlocked by the police officer and I walked through. Its as simple as: In RP, the officer unlocked a door, so I walked through.

RDM is labelled as 'attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay'. From the traffic stop, and the many multiple warnings & demands I gave to the other officer in the clip below, I was left on deaf ears. Furthermore on RDM, it is specified on the rulesset "giving enough time for them to comply with your order" & "create an interessting roleplay story before considering violence", which I attempted multiple times. You also haven't given a longer clip for all of this context which I believe also isn't sufficient evidence for a 'Report a Player'. To further justify the 'RDM', the other officer pulled out his baton, threatening and mentioning use of force, which is initiation.

I also question your lack of staying in character at all timess when you were shot in the head, and somehow survived from what it looks like, and the lack of groans or sounds of you being injured, and then as soon as the NHS member arrives, you all of a sudden rp your injuries.

but like i said to you in liaison i had no quality roleplay with you i just got a bullet.

with regards to my injuries i had no idea where i was shot as i was on my tablet and like i said i had no good RP from you. its very hard to see where i got shot at the same time as i was Rping with my PIC.

As you can see from the first footage, I was behind you in the chase, I asked for your badge number, because from my in character roleplay perspective, it looked like you rammed him. Just because you're letting me know this, doesn't change the fact. From the traffic stop, I initiated roleplay with you and asked for your badge number and stood around the scene, initiating roleplay.

It would be nice to have a complete, and full video evidence with the first initiation from the last because you are cutting out parts to fit your narrative, I say this because there is stuff you are cropping and leaving out for your narrative, which I don't believe is ok for 'report a player'. Context matters a lot and you're leaving out the context and background.

As for the 'RDM', I did provide roleplay to your other officer. There are 3 key reasons why this happened: As soon as he initiated use of force and took out his baton, the many countless times I threatened him to hand the PIC over, and lastly my objective to get him out of custody, this was why this event happened. I tried to not resort to violence & your officer had many, many chances to let you know there was a danger and to stay on alert, or press his panic button for extensive rp or backup.

Which piece of footage would you like to see from my perspective? as i can only clip 2 mins with medal. 

There was RP earlier however i believe this was just you trying to pull up and put the PIC in the car. there was a big gap between the police chase with mr Fletch  and the shooting at the hospital by yourself. 

 i don't think you actually say that to the other officer  in any of the footage I've seen.

Yes there is a big gap, but I believe this is still the same incident. He was rammed from my perspective, so I then went to the hospital and waited for his surgery to be done before I got him out.

i just wanted to clear this up in discord but you just kept saying you shot me and followed RP.

it just kind of ruined what i was doing with Mr Fletch.

Hello there.

I have looked through the evidence provided from both sides and will go through a few points.

RDM - From what I have seen in the videos I would not class @Hector Martinactions a RDM. He has provided roleplay to the officer who was stood at the door. He was aggressive and also implied that there would be consequences if the officer did not let his friend go. As much as I can understand your irritation @claybell54321I do not find this to be RDM. That said @Hector MartinI would also like to see a more in-depth interaction before killing the second officer, you are very quickly eliminating the posibility for roleplay between yourself and the second officer. @Hector MartinI want you to be careful in future situation as your actions in this situation is sitting right on the edge.

Common sense/Exploiting - You comment @Hector Martin"As the exploiting, I have no idea what you're talking about, the door was unlocked by the police officer and I walked through. Its as simple as: In RP, the officer unlocked a door, so I walked through." is not fully accurate. You are expected as a player to apply common sense and not take advantage of potential rule breaks or bugs. In this case it was clear that your friend was not supposed to be on that side of the door and that the officer only opened it to let them out.

I would also like to point out that it is the staff teams decision whether or not a video is sufficient for a report.
