Please (in detail) describe the incident: Two males came up to the area of auto exotic before the storm, they were being a nuisance and running into the crowd and hitting people. After multiple warnings from multiple people one of them (161) continued to stay there and be rude - this ended up in him being downed.
While downed, he continued to talk as if he were not just shot and continued to be rude - therefore we decided to put him into a local car and take him elsewhere.
When driving with 161 downed in the passenger seat, he continued to not roleplay his injuries and then said something along the lines of "I can't be bothered", assuming he was going to disconnect I activated session heads and he disconnected shortly after.
I waited around the area of where he vanished until after 4pm storm, and there was no sign of him returning.
