Please (in detail) describe the incident: Picked up a Bike on the street. I didn't know who it was, and I was driving it and he randomly started hitting me with his car. And his mate was there too in this incident, but I didn't catch his ID.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. In this clip I see you locate a bike in the middle of the road. You don't seem to check around or do anything to confirm who it might belong to, jump on it and ride off.

Later on you are rammed by somebody who immediately tells you you've stolen his bike. This element, to me, removes the 'random' element from the attack on you. I can link the bike to the person in the session thus further supporting the fact they are chasing down the suspect who stole their motorcycle and not just making excuse. They attack you but do not kill you, before they get back on their bike. You ram them, perhaps not intentionally, which causes the person to retaliate further as you knocked him off. To me this is justified reasons to attack you.

However, at the point you jump back into the car you communicate over voice to the player "RDM RDM!". Please can I remind you that 'RDM' is not a roleplaying term, it thus does not make sense for your character to shout it. It actually breaches rule C1.14 - Threats to report / Disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. As such I will add a warning to your account. See our Community Rules and GTA Rules again as a refresher.
