Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was looking over an active warrant out for this individual where I reviewed the Youtube link (BWV) where it showed her cutting a camera while facing the car pretending to be working on it. The dispatch came through to show the camera was disabled and she got into her car and left the scene. When she was in custody, she got a solicitor down where she claimed she was working on her car. In RP this wasnt accepted by the arresting officer.
I believe this is an explot due to her making it look like she was not cutting the camera but facing the other way and looking like she was fixing her car.
I am unsure if this is classed as an exploit therefore wanting to get a staffs opinion

Im obviously the one in this video... It happened yesterday? nothing was said to me about it then not in discord or OOC chat i would've happily talked to someone about it. But why has he waited till now to send it to someone for them to report? After spending 2 hours in the cells with Millar about an hour before this was posted? why didnt Millar make the report himself? I've never had an issues when ive been "tieing my shoes" "fixing my chain" "pealing off the stickers" why now?

This just screams roleplay to me, not everything is cut and dry.

You could’ve investigated it more “roleplayed”, set up some cool scenes, widen the stage for roleplay, get loads of folk involved, use the tools that CID have such as props, still not got your result? Release pending investigation and investigate it further? Build up a portfolio of her crimes etc… which you’ve not brushed over so I’ll assume it never happened. I’m not here to tell you how to roleplay but use your imagination and your head.

This could’ve easily been resolved in a Teamspeak chat
