Please (in detail) describe the incident: So we are currently looking for a gang that call themselves The Bloods and we find one and with multiple guns to him he drives away so we chase him knock him off his bike at that point I point a sawnoff in his face and he tries to kick me off my bike, The 2nd time he also NVL's when his in a car and I pull a sawn off again tell him to get out the car which he still doesn't and remains on the phone and doesn't comply.
I asked many times to come to liaison but got no response or a chance to speak so here I am

This rule break is parity blatant as their was multiple player with weapons holding him up shouting at him telling him to get out of the car and failed to comply in both videos provided.
