Please (in detail) describe the incident: Roughly between 2:30 and 3pm had a guy run in and steal my phone and radio from pillbox with 0 RP and he ran away during this and was the other side of the building by the time he took it, his ID is quite hard to make out but his ID in the storm afterwards is 37 which is shown in my other report.

No need for the above, upon further digging this player is a serial rule breaker clearly not here to roleplay.

He is currently already banned, however this will be added to his ban notes.
