Please (in detail) describe the incident: In short - 158 didn't value his life when I demanded he let me in his house. Instead he ran into his house, (exploiting) so I couldn't reach him and came back out with a pistol. After I killed him he refused to let me pick him up and not acting like he was hurt in any manor. He also came out of RP and Sayed I refuse to let you pick me up (as in the button). His mate then came, which he was clearly talking to throughout the situation on another platform. His mate also exploited by going in his house not facing it and then not valuing his life, also coming out with a gun (I encountered him later at the hustlers territory where he failed to value his life as he refused to drop the gun) at the later situation I seen my good friend 158 in the car fatally injured. He refused to let me pick him up so I pulled him out of the car and he then either dced or respawned when I was rping with him

Alright then, let´s adress a couple of things here first.
In future, please provide your full ingame name and the correct time stamp, as I just spent quite some time to pull up the correct records. 

Now on to the report itself. 
People can physically not give you keys, unless they do so at the key shop in paleto, with a g6 member present. Also, him going to hide in his house is no different to barricading the door from the inside, calling the police and waiting it out in real life. The fact that ID 158 came back out with a pistol is pretty much bad luck on your end and has nothing to do with him not valuing his life, as he had a good chance at actually killing you. 

He will, however, receive a warning for G4.4 (not acting injured). 

I would also like to mention that you should be more carful when it comes to making threats and not giving people time to comply to them. You instantly stabbed him after giving demands and he had no time to actually do as asked.
