Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whilst out earning some dirty cash dealing in little soul, An undercover car has managed to creep up on me which is fair enough.. Baring in mind i left my bike around the corner as their was a fair amount of foot traffic to deal to. This officer then decided to exit his vehicle and immediately withdrew his taser and red dotted me.. Seeing as i was unarmed at this time and of no possible threat, my character decided to take his chance and go on a cheeky foot chase. To my surprise my slowly taking off was met with an immediate use of tazer and that about sums up the incident. Whilst being escorted to the police car a person unknown to me on a bike pulled up and i was hoping they may intervene to which they did not. I was then taken to the police station before even being properly arrested because this officer felt unsafe because of 1 person on the bike next to me. To sum this report up the entire incident felt very robotic and very boring from my end. In cells i asked the officer to join me in QE to which he "Politely declined". Which considering i only wanted a chat in regards to recent announcements about not instantly tazing was very disheartening to see.

I was more than happy to chat with you at roadside and you fled. After putting you in cuffs I was also happy to deal with you there with no searching ect, However this changed when you requested help from the person on the bike. Since I was the only officer on duty I decided to take you back to custody as I did not want to be murdered ect like I have been many times in that exact spot.

When it comes to the instant tasering, sure ill hold my hands up that it was quick. I was watching you for a while and decided to approach you in a more aggressive manner for a quick snatch and grab. Back at the cells i attempting to communicate to you about the need for the hammer and the crack, hoping it would lead somewere else roleplay wise but I got nothing from you other than abit of verbal abuse, so ye from that point it went robocop mode so I dealt with you and got you on your way.

Was it abit shit? Sure I guess. However some situations are done quickly and I dealt with you in the safest manner I felt like doing. You are literally the first person I have actually properly arrested since coming back to the police because I usually just take whatever BS story people give me and get them on their way. Everything after the tasering onwards was frankly your own doing. You clearly didnt have the capacity at the time to put the anger aside to roleplay after the fact you were arrested which i attempted to do with you. So honestly I think both of us could of done better here. I could of approached differently and you could of provided more roleplay in custody. Im sad to see this come here as ive not been reported in years. I can only apologise for my part at the start however as I stated once you asked for help from that biker I wasnt hanging around to be kidnaped or murdered. and everything after that point you also had the capacitity to make the situation interesting in the cells. I was ready to interview you take whatver BS you had and woulda let you go. but you were silent and verbally abusive which is fine but as I said some situations go fast some go slow. Considering 9/10 times in that spot a solo officer trying to search someone there ends up in violence I decided to be much quicker and aggressive in my approach. I didnt drive past see you deal and instantly strike I observed and then made the decision as a solo officer to go in fast and hard.

I apologise the situation didnt go to your liking on this occassion I will take this into mind in my next encounters.

My main concern here is in regards to the instant taze.. As a police main my self i am all to aware of the recent announcements in regards to not instantly tazing or beanbagging as i'm sure your also aware. As i mentioned my bike was around the corner which you would have known from watching me leaving me with no choice but to run. My character has had many encounters with the police and being stopped and searched many time with no grounds hence why he isnt likely to stop and have a chat.

Immediately Red dotting someone with you tazer is not an efficient way to have a chat. Your characters intentions we're made quite clear here.

If you'd be observing for a while you'd have seen me and an unknown person selling in the same area, Would your NDM not have dictated that perhaps more units could be required.. Had you asked your self what could have happened if we were working together? Why have you rushed into detaining me without properly assessing your risks? As i solo crewed unit and the only one on shift i'd have thought twice about my actions in my opinion.

I will admit that i could have interacted more in cells however i am unsure what i could have done of "interst". You'd caught my character dealing in a quite unfair manner with little words said from the start.. My characted knows when the cuffs are on your not going to listen to anything he has to say. You are going to search me, take my shiz and proceed on from that point.

Ye as I said Ill hold my hands up I rushed into it. been a while ngl trying to get back into RP after a good break and Ive made a few mistakes here and there. Ive already taken into practise the feedback from the report into arrests ive made today onwards. I can only offer you my apologies and my dedication to improve here on out.
