Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and Busy were on a patrol. We ended up initiating an FTS and the gentlemen were arrested eventually. We were dealiong with the driver by the roadside to let him be on his way ASAP but we had the passenger (who was arrested, searched and de-arrested as he only had a blade) returned in a local sultan and rammed us whilst dealing with him. He was arrested and was being sent to jail but half way through the transport he said to us "F8 Quit". He then proceeded to Combat Log!

Rather straight forward - the player has warned you they were about to combat log, and I can confirm they did. They did not reconnect. "F8 Quit" is also not something a character should be saying.
