What best describes this incident ?: rdm

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was driving up to the impound garage to store my car before flying out the city. Once getting there I hopped out the car to store the vehicle however my alt muscle wasn't working to let me store the vehicle, this is where the other player decides to pull a gun on me  literally sayiung "hands up" playing no valid scenario or anything. He then decides to shoot me where I said to him is he good . I then got tried to drive off because there was literally no quality roleplay in what he did where he decided to kill me and drive off with me. I personally believe this scenario was totally not played effectively as he didn't even play any quality roleplay or make the interesting or anything. 

Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

I am unable to recover the rest of the video ;(,   if this footage is not valid and needs to be longer than I totally understand and will keep an eye on that for future reasons. 

 
I was gonna report you for nvl, also combat logging at the hospital but my clip software is clapped. so my breakdown of this situation is when asked to get out with hands up more than a few times, you didnt and replied smt along the lines of "do you know what you are doing?" very confusing, i cant really recall as you have deleted the clip because you now realise how bad this looks on you. so after receiving 0 roleplay from you, instead of reporting you i thought, lets give the geeza another chance. i took you too sandy hospital so the roleplay could be continued, and correct me if im wrong you got up from the bed and logged out? i could be wrong idk. i just dont undrstand how you thought this was a report, and didnt see how badly you shut down any rp. also why not come to discord mate? this whole thing is confusing tbh icl.
