Please (in detail) describe the incident: The clip starts just after I had arrived at the construction site opposite the civilian impound, I go up to the 2 guys in the car and try to reason with them but they don't say a word and attempt to drive away. The car gets stuck so I pull out my gun and tell them to step out the car, they instead drive away not valuing their life whatsoever. My gang takes chase and after a few seconds you can hear them say on the radio "they flew out the city" meaning that one of them had combat logged, this being the driver of the vehicle. The person in the back of the car still had yet to say a word so we took him to an alley and killed him. We assumed that neither of them had a microphone but can't be sure.
