Report a player
Your In-game Name: Will Fox
Name and/or ID of the player(s) you are reporting: 141
Which server did the incident take place on: GTA RP
Date of the incident: 06/02/22
Time of the incident (GMT) 24hr Format: 00:14
What best describes this incident ?: (G2.4), (G2.3)
Please (in detail) describe the incident:
Context:
We have been in an ongoing RP situation with a group of taxi drivers over the last few days. After we carried out a string of taxi robberies, some victims chose to band together and form a de facto gang, following which we have found their radio frequency (as they sent it in taxi dispatch). We have had a few confrontations, including one yesterday which demonstrates the reasoning behind this report, where one of their players did not value their life (video 05/02/2022 1:04AM), which has been typical of our confrontations. After the incident yesterday, (I assume) the person in the clip sent a taxi dispatch reading that our car was "VDM'ing", in breach of (G2.3). As this was the first and more minor incident, we decided against pursuing it further, however, a similar incident occurred again today.
The Rule Violations:
We had several confrontations (exchanging threats and talks of weapons) from about 9pm onwards today, with a group sharing the same radio frequency and trying to find and fight with us. When we confronted the group in person, we noted two rule violations:
Comments:
Although this is a ban report for a single player, I would greatly appreciate it if it would be possible to contact some of the other characters in this situation, as I think there is a misunderstanding of the rules which could be easily remedied. Although not shown in this clip, the player in the green sports car (reg: BC03 UDN) also exhibited the same behaviour as ID 141. I think the players in this situation need to i) understand what valuing life means, ii) understand that you must remain in character, iii) understand rule (G1.1) concerning VDM, as it seems they are under the impression that once you enter a car you are exempt from being physically involved in a roleplay scenario (as they gave complaints in the game when we were forced to use our vehicles as weapons when they would not comply with our threats with hand-held weapons).
Lastly, to any staff member viewing this, I'd like to request that if it is decided to take action that it is the minimal severity, and would prefer if a formal warning were given rather than any sort of ban. I would much prefer for those involved in the situation to improve their roleplay going forwards, and I think formal instruction from staff members would accomplish that.

We had several confrontations (exchanging threats and talks of weapons) from about 9pm onwards today, with a group sharing the same radio frequency and trying to find and fight with us. When we confronted the group in person, we noted two rule violations:
- (G2.4) Value of Life, the player with ID 141 clearly uses the game mechanic of entering a car rendering characters invulnerable, as has been done repeatedly in confrontations with the group.
- (G2.3) Roleplay Everything, the player with ID 141 makes comment on the quality of my roleplay whilst in character.
