Hello @DaveRaymond

Unfortunately, due to the requirements posted below, rule breaks such as RDM/RVDM require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident. Yours only shows roughly a minute without any audio (as much as I appreciate you would have been discussing something private) I can not issue an action (a warning/ a ban) on someone without the right evidence.

Sadly there is not much I can do with these clips, as I could be missing a lot of context, this player could have valid roleplay reason for what had happened 
Due to this, the report will be declined today due to lack of evidence.
